Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns can be made up to 5 days of receipt of goods for store credit. Please make sure your return is postmarked within 5 days of your order delivery date. Please include your name and email address for a credit to be issued. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it for damage and issue you a store credit via email gift card.

We do not offer refunds.

Any item for exchange  must be in unused condition, with attached label.

We only accept returns within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Please have the credit scanning code or letter code with you when you want to use your credit.

We do not pay for return shipping costs.

Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Items that are part of a set must be exchanged or returned as a complete set.


Gift Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a gift you received please make sure it is in our store no more than 21 days from when you received it.

Please include your name, email address and name of the person who purchased the gift, and you will receive a credit via email.
